This week I decided to spice things up a little and make a weekly post of recipes I have MADE whilst in each city 🙌🏼. That’s right, not only can you get your foodporn from my restaurant reviews, but you can also share my homemade meals to go along with the fun.
As a great starting point I will be setting the ball off rolling with my Fort Myers, Florida eats.
Here is my take on a beef Udon noodle soup recipe along with a homemade ramen egg!
Doesn’t it look fantastic? It’s my husbands favorite.
This recipe consisted of:
– Soy Sauce
– Packaged Udon
– Salt and pepper
– Dashi fish stock
– Sirloin steak sliced thinly
– 2 eggs marinated in soy sauce, water and Mirin
– Half an onion
– Granulated sugar
